For any project I undertake, I charge a flat rate of $30/hour. I ask that pay a deposit up front that will cover for time spent up to that amount. An invoice will be sent to you for every 25 hours spent on the project until the project’s completion. Also, for rush jobs, the rate changes to $45/hour.
Below I've indicated what the deposit amounts are for each type of product:
Initial Deposit Prices
Website Design- $180
The website will include an e-mail account for that domain (ex: john@site-domain.com).
Logo Design- $60
Business Card Design- No initial deposit is needed. The price for the design will be added to cost for the quantity ordered. See below:
250 cards- $35.00
500 cards- $60.00
1,000 cards- $50.00
2,000 cards- $60.00
2,500 cards- $70.00
5,000 cards- $90.00
Fine Arts/Illustration- Initial deposit will be approximately one third of estimate given.
Travel
As long as the initial meeting is within 50 miles of my office, it’s free. Any additional meetings that are initiated by the client will be charged half of the flat rate ($15/hr) which includes travel time. The amount charged for travel and meeting time will be added to the final invoice.
Refund Policy
If a client chooses to cancel a project, they will be refunded one third of the funds deposited and I will retain any work or ideas created up to that point.
